Refund & Pickup Policy
At True Life Bakeshop, every item is baked fresh to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and made especially for you, all sales are final.
Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed.

Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that time, ingredients and labor are already committed, and your order cannot be altered or refunded.

In the rare event of a mistake on our part, please let us know right away so we can make it right whenever possible.
Pickup Policy

All orders must be picked up during the pickup timeframe.

Because our baked goods are fresh and contain no preservatives, we cannot hold or remake items beyond the scheduled pickup time.

Unclaimed orders will be considered forfeited and will be responsibly disposed of to maintain food safety standards.
Quality & Storage

Our products are made using fresh ingredients and are intended to be enjoyed within a short period after pickup.

Once the order leaves our care, we cannot be responsible for handling, transport conditions, or storage.
Weather or Emergency Delays

In cases of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, pickup times may be adjusted. We’ll always do our best to communicate promptly and work with you to reschedule.
Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering to confirm your bake.

Orders are not placed on the baking schedule until payment is received.
